Great food,but if you have a young daughter dont come to this restaurant,they have a creepy man in front counter that loves to stare at them and they refuse to do anything about it when i complained abt him

This location has the water bottle as the default when you ask for water. Which is about $3. Even when you specify that you do not want the water bottle they will still charge you for it and give you this cup of tap water without ice. And then ask if you want a refund rather then just not being charged for water bottle. A pure scam to charge for a water bottle in a restaurant.

My wife ask for crispy fries and when we got the order you could obviously see they was not any more cooked then mine. I ask the manager if I am not ordering them right or what I need to say differently and I was told it’s their policy to only cook them additional 30 seconds. So I am paying my money for something I way and they are telling me I can’t have it my way because it’s their policy. Cane’s need to do better.

The chicken is good. The fries are a little bit dry for my taste. It is good overall, but I just can't justify their prices. Will not be back.

Always friendly staff who in my opinion have the fastest service time of all the other similar restraunts around. I go In I place the order and before I can get the drinks usually they already have the food waiting. Excellent service ladies and gents

Came through drive up on way to work. The staff was very nice and friendly. I come to get drinks ice tea and water because the water where I work is not good water and no ice. That being said Everytime Brad is at work my food is fresh, hot and the fries are fresh too. He is a great asset to Canes Company always customer first service and with a Smile. It makes me want to stop by on my way to work when I need drinks and food to keep working the long shifts I work. Keep up the great work Brad you always do an outstanding job and customer service? A very happy customer 11:35 pm Friday night.

It does the job

7/10 times it has been better than other similar chicken joints as far as flavor goes. I also enjoy the simplicity of the menu options.
