We were passing through at sort of an odd time and just decided to grab something. The food far surpassed my expectations! We got some salmon nigiri, tonkotsu ramen, and shoyu ramen. The fish was fresh, smooth, and delicious. The ramen was beautiful. I wish I had taken a picture. The broth was rich and delicious. Any interaction we had with employees was very friendly and professional. I will definitely stop by again next time I’m in the area.

Food was top teir, tasted great, and looked beautiful. The Shoyu Ramen was my favorite, rich creamy broth, perfectly seasoned, and the eggs were well cooked. 10/10 would recommend this place.

I love this small establishment. The food is a 10 out of 10, the prices are fair, ad the staff is great! Put this on your "must do" list.

We each ordered 8 piece Sashimi lunch for $18. Miso soup was very good.
Sashimi was fresh, but cut very thin. Too thin. Paper thin.
Presentation was disappointing. Lunch was served on a round dinner plate with a large round scoop of rice on one side, and thin slices of sashimi on the other.
We had to ask for Soya sauce dishes, and wasabi, and chop sticks.
The extra order of Unagi sushi was delicious.
The waitress was very attentive, and knew her menus.
We were disappointed, as the food was mediocre. We were hoping it would be as good as Sakura on Camp Bowie, Fort Worth, which is excellent.
There are plenty of mediocre restaurants in Fort Worth, and this restaurant unfortunately joins them. For almost $50, the value is not there.
