Someone needs ro teach the girls working Sunday 3/16 the difference between a 6 inch wrap and a 12 inch wrap and frankly what a wrap is. These 2 girls were horrible. The lady in front of me ordered Italian bread and the girl put it on white. Please train your employees on the products. Your gonna lose a lot of business. I will never go back.

Me and my girlfriend went and Reginald was so nice to us and really helped us choose what we wanted on our subs. They were really tasty so he knew what he was talking about!

I had notice a real change lately at this location, mainly due to a new employee who had been going above and beyond for his customers. He's been there everytime I come up there, giving service with a smile, and making sure there was a clean lobby to eat in, his name was Reggie. But he was not here today. Today I was served by a woman, I believe her name was Donna, and I had to wait 15 minutes before I could give her my order because there was no one up front. When she finally came from the back she hurried me through my order, as well as threw all the ingredients on my sandwich together so poorly. It was a mess. She was rude to me for our entire interaction. Someone needs to teach that girl proper customer service. I ultimately ended up throwing the sandwich away, it was just inedible. Also I normally eat my food there, but the lobby was disgusting! Overall if Reggie is not there, I wouldn't eat at this location. So as long as I don't see him there, I won't be returning to this location.

The last 4 times (spanning several months) I’ve been to this location, The drink machine has not worked / been out of order, and/or has no ice. The employees do not substitute a fridge drink in its place without a fight. That wouldn’t be a problem if I didn’t order on the app, so I have no way to know it “doesn’t work”. Subway has gotten far too expensive to be cheated out of a fountain drink/meal deal this consistently. And I don’t appreciate rude Employees, after usurping/cheating me out my hard earned money. EDIT: messaged the area manager and was given a poor response for the situation. Only that they had to order a new ice machine

Reggie gave me the best customer service! He made me such a yummy sub! Definitely will be returning! The absolute best service I've received here in a long time! Not to mention the cleanest! He was cleaning when I came in, but served me immediately once he realized I was there. Service with a smile! He even gave me some great recommendations for my sub that I really enjoyed!

Absolute worst customer service I have ever had from 2 lazy people behind the counter that made us wait 15 minutes while they were gossiping and then snipped at me when I asked if we could place an order. Neither were wearing names tags. Looks like I will start going to Jersey Mikes up the road since their service is always amazing and friendly.
