Went in recently to enjoy a meal before work and nearly lost my appetite. The food was decent for the most part and the servers were very friendly but I was very uncomfortable with the treatment of employees at this location Their was a women cooking who was very rude to the other staff and the overall atmosphere made me extremely uncomfortable to eat around Not sure I will come to this location again

Two manager ladies screaming back and forth talking. One dropped off two bottles of syrup from another Waffle House. Talking about there employees at other stores. We didn’t care to hear all that. They were so load we could not even carry on a conversation at our own table.Rude!!! Food was awesome.

to the big black lady named Keasha with the heavy wig you have to do better!! charged me for the wrong food item then overcharged me again didn’t know my order, then the white guy working the grill wiping his sweaty hair off his forehead and going back to touching the food complaining about the work load and saying he’s gonna start making waffles. UGHHH literally the worst experience getting food tonight so disappointed happened 11/24/25 approx 1230 pm

I have been coming to this waffle house for over 3 years and have been through several changes within its ranks. They have a new cook in the midnight shift that is less than desirable. He don't smile, grunts when you say hello, and has a general attitude problem. He's cleaning allot and when someone comes in he gets all mad because it disrupts his process. This has been the second time thos guy has messed up my order just to spite the situation. Im beginning to think hes doung this in purpose. The customer comes before the dirty floors. Bring back Lavar he's always a good fit for this area and he's always a delight.

I come to this location frequently. Normally our experience is great. Wish our server was more attentive. She seemed to be bothered that she was serving us. Once our food was given to us she did not come back. My mom had to get up and ask for more coffee, she told my mom to sit back down and she would bring it to us. As she turned to get the coffee pot she whispered something to her coworker and that coworker turned and looked at us. Our servers name is tee. We noticed her section buddy being very attentive to her tables and went back several times to each to see if they were alright. I still tipped over 20 percent but it would've more. I'm in the server industry so I know we weren't needy and we were polite.

We stopped for a quick breakfast. I just had scrambled eggs and hashbrowns, my friend had the full deal with sausage and waffle added. Quick and easy. Went on 1/11/25, and had the same order as last time, with sausage patties. The sausage was sliced mighty thin, everything else was ok, except the music. I did not care for what they had on, nor the volume level. The Benbrook Cafe, just a mile or so away is much better; if they had been open late night, I'd have gone there.

Jasmine or jazz was my sever and she was HORRIBLE! I ordered an All star: sausage, blueberry waffle, hash browns, raisin toast and grits. First thing that came wrong was a regular waffle, I brought this to her attention and she read my slip and called out my waffle. Then my plate comes with white toast, eggs and hash browns. I tell her I asked for raisin toast and she apologizes. She quickly walks away and I’m assuming to get the rest of my stuff. Well close to 5 mins later she comes back with my waffle and I tell her I’m missing my sausage. Once again she apologizes and calls for the sausage. I love Waffle House real bad but she made me so angry I ate my toast and asked for everything to be packed up. I got my food in huge gaps so my food was different temps. I’ll just take it home and heat it up. She needs to focus. I was being patient but having to remind her that many times about different items is excessive.
Have always loved their food. It hasn't changed.
