Entire order was cold, bread was hard as a brick, and chicken, that they claimed was “made fresh,” was visibly old. What a waste of my hard earned money.
Didn't seem like a good value. Got the baconator breakfast sandwich, potato wedges, small drink. Cost $8.11. I asked for no sauce. They put sauce on it. It's not a big sandwich. The place was exceptionally clean. The service was good except for the sauce debacle. Staff was friendly. From now on, I'll stick to the lunch menu.

Absolutely the rudest employees ever at night. Don’t go here they would appreciate it trust me. If it’s that much of an inconvenience to work then you should close at 7pm.

When ordering our food, we asked if they could go light on the mayo. Guy said, "No problem." The sandwich was drenched in mayo. Had to take a napkin and wipe some off.
Unless you want a large meal, you have to specify that you want a smaller meal.
No ketchup in the container. Had to ask for some.

I ordered chicken Biggie bags with ranch sauce. 4 to be exact. And I usually check my food before I pull off but I was exhausted. Always check your bag. I didn't receive what I ordered. I received 4 Jr Bacon cheeseburgers. No ranch sauce in sight. If I wasn't exhausted I would've gon back. After not eating fir hours today I just ate it. But it's messed up my order was screwed up without a second thought.

Not sure who needs to hear this but had the most fantastic experience going through the drive thru one late evening. I was having a rough day and was happily greeted by Lucille on the intercom through the drive-thru! All I wanted was a simple frosty and she delightly had the happiest tone of voice, which gave me an uplifting happy mood. Once I got to the drive-thru window She was there with a great smile and made sure that I was taking care of although it was a simple order. I really greatly appreciate Lucille having the best attitude on such a late night.

Man at the counter was super friendly. Made jokes with the dude, cool guy. Food came out fast and enjoyable. Store was very clean!

I’ve come to this restaurant multiple times, and had multiple issues. The little lady that’s working tonight. I do not know her name. She refused to give me any information. She is the manager on duty tonight. She is rude and ignorant with her customers.

Our food was not right they proceeded to give us medium size drinks, and argue with us about this
I’ve also tried to call the store, probably a dozen times, and nobody ever answers the phone!
Not a very good place, they treat the customers as if you are a nuisance, And the problem!
The customers are not the problem. It is the employees. 80% of the employees at this restaurant are not worth a damn!
Which is a direct reflection on management,
The management of this company are not doing the correct job

They always get something wrong and either the Fry's are cold and old or the burger. They used to be super friendly not so much now.

Clean and nice location, but there is always a problem with either the speed of service, working of their registers or availability of food at this location. The staff is not always the most friendly either, often they are rude or very abrupt in speaking to you in the drive through.

This is by far the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. If you order ahead with a mobile order they will still park you at the front door, make you wait an extra 10 minutes, and your food will still be cold. This has happened more than once for me at this location.
