The experience at our hometown Whataburger (curbside-pickup) was excellent this evening!! When ordering through the app started they did great (2020-ish). The last couple years since the order would be hit or miss whether the order would be correct or we would be missing something. Tonight and the previous order was flawless and relieved to see it hitting all of Whataburger's previous standards again!

I ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger asked if they could substitute the honey mustard for BBQ and not only did i not get BBQ I also didn't get sweet and spicy sauce. Just a plain dry burger. Terrible workers

I had an awesome experience at this Whataburger! The service was top-notch, and the food was fresh and delicious. A huge shoutout to the manager, David—he was a rockstar! His leadership was evident in how smoothly everything ran, and he went above and beyond to ensure customers were taken care of. It’s rare to see that level of dedication in fast food, and it really made my visit stand out.
I am going to stop going to Whataburger because their meat is too thin and it doesn't even cover the bun and their food is super expensive but they do not deliver on quality or value
