Since moving to texas ive been looking for good brisket (no brisket in the UK) and i saw their food truck in lampasas, this has to be the best brisket in the state, it's amazing and the people working are lovely! It's been an absolute joy eating here!
This place is the one I like best. I eat in many restaurants but to this place I keep coming back again and again. The crew is very professional and the cooking they place on your table is so delicious. I never decline to have a good dinner in this place. I highly recommend this place.
When you go to a BBQ place, you expect fresh (same day) bbq. I didn't have that experience here. Granted, it was a Sunday. I had the brisket platter, with a few good sized pieces of brisket, Jalapeño sausage, beans and potato salad. Brisket was - almost fresh. Jalapeño sausage was a disaster (at least 2 days old) Great tasting BBQ sauce. Overall, I think this place overcharged and underdelivered (but not horribly)
