The Manager is very friendly and she gave us helpful suggestions. Made us feel at home. We go out of our way to go to this Subway when there's one right down the street.

I sat in the drive-thru for 25 minutes without being acknowledged.. the outside speaker doesn't work and there is a note that says honk or knock.. when employee finally did answer the window they were rude and argumentative.. I changed my mind and went somewhere else... I won't be back..

Sad. We are local (about a 12 minute drive) and used the App to place our order. Picked it, got home, was all ready and excited to eat. DOWNER!!!
The bread was not what we ordered (wrong kind) and none of the 4 foot long's were toasted as specified in the order. We paid extra for "extra banana peppers. None were to be found. Paid extra for bacon on my #2 Outlaw.... It was so thin and not detectable in a bite of it. Would you be surprised if I mentioned that the foot long tuna that was ordered "with all the vegetables" had 3 slices of tomato over the whole 12 inches! Other vegs missing, including the jalapenos (well, there two or three)! It was a mess. See attached photo☹. We have called them to complain numerous times in the last 20 minutes and you guessed it...No answer!

i came in subway today mind you i come almost everyday on my way to work i ordered my food at the wrong location i took ownership and said ok that my fault let me reorder my food online for here so when i get to the app it said it was offline that i couldn’t place a order because of it well i showed the two ladies that it was offline and they was like yea well it’s been doing it since the other day and our boss said it was nothing they could do about it . i said well is there a way i can get my same deal off the app and place a or with yall they didn’t offer me anything and basically said no what’s the point off running a business if your not going to help the customer in no way !! thank yall but i will not be at that location again starving and all

I ordered my food Sunday July 21st 2024 @12:40pm. The doordasher picked up the and dropped it off. I took a bite into my sandwich and there was a hair on the bread it was blone and pretty long. Then I purchased a footlong cookie that I didnt recieve at all.

Ordered two sandwiches and three churros today. The sandwiches were not toasted and didn’t have the bacon that I paid extra for, I took a bite of the churro and broke off my tooth literally. I’ll be contacting corporate to get my tooth fixed this is ridiculous cold food and old churros.

Horrible experience at this subway. 3/8/24.HAIR PUT IN FOOD!!Decided to go through the drive thru in which a guy named Caleb was working. Immediately I was met with unnecessary attitude and bad vibes. All i said was “hello and my order” and throughout the service he kept throwing attitude towards me. When making the sandwich Caleb didn’t have gloves or sanitary equipment for his long unkept hair. Gross.When I paid with my credit card he came back with just a receipt and not my card.. I was like “can I get my card?”.. then he didn’t say anything and decided to bring back my card.. when I opened the bag there was a disturbing and disgusting message on the sandwich wrapper. He had written “hi”and a “<“ that pointed to a long strand of hair that he taped to the sandwich wrapper. I was in disbelief and immediately drove back to demand a explanation. I was given a refund and a corporate number to call in complaints by the manger. Truly disgusted with subway and will never visit any of the ones around east Texas.Disgusting and disrespectful behavior by this employee. I hope this person is terminated for being malicious and foul. Beware of this subway if you’re passing thru Big Sandy TX.

As someone who has worked at a subway before When making pizza please put toppings then put a handfull of mozzarella cheese on top of that. It's not "extra cheese" it is legit the recipe and every were else but here follows it. Plus it keeps the pizza from burning as well as keeps the toppings from flying off into the toaster.
