Forget all those other chain coffee shops. This is the place to go!! Great selection of drinks. Coffees, energy drinks, and fizzy water. The rewards system rocks and they are always giving away free merchandise.

I went through and ordered a specific drink with instructions due to allergies. When I was able to try my drink, the ingredients I was allergic to was in there. I went back and told them that it was wrong and the manager asked specifically what I needed and remade my drink. It was awesome and they saved the drink for me on my profile. I would recommend this place.

waited through the entire line that was out into the street just to get to the building to find out they aren't selling hot drinks cuz they have no lids for hot drinks... its 40 degrees outside. I guess because they don't employ adults only children barely legally old enough to work. nobody has the forward thinking to put a sign up at the front of the line telling people not to get in line if they want a hot drink... terrible service. and the only thing yall do is coffe and it's winter time and yall don't have hot lids that is terrible management.

I absolutely enjoy The vibes that the young men bring. They are so friendly. I'm a little bit of a dork and they actually laugh at my awkward jokes. Whether they're being nice or actually genuine is not up for discussion. It's not Dutch Bros but it's close to it. Keep up to work fellas y'all are doing great.

I am a frequent traveler and visit 7 Brew's all across Texas but this has to be my favorite location so far. As soon as we stopped by we were greeted by Carson, who was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. He gave us a great recommendation for hot drinks and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. 5 STARS ALL AROUND FOR THE AMAZING SERVICE! Keep it up guys!
I got a latte here because there is no coffee shop in the town. The team and people there were great, this is a rate in the company/coffee ONLY.
This is terrible coffee. It was hot milk with a splash of coffee flavor. They had it made before I was done paying for it, you cannot make a latte that fast so there’s no way it was fresh. Not quite sure how that works or what happened there. Would like a refund for a 6 dollar coffee. Oder was Medium Latte Whole milk No flavors added

I LOVE 7brew. It’s my favorite coffee shop ever and normally we have amazing service whenever we go and that’s why I love it so much, but today was not. I went to get my order and the girl who hands you the drink never once said hi, looked at me, nothing. She was staring off into lala land like i wasn’t there while my drink was sitting next to her the ENTIRE time and she even hit it with her elbow once while day dreaming. I sat there for 10 minutes while my drink just sat there. Thankfully one of the sweet girls inside realized and came out to tell her hey this drink has been ready give it to her and she still never acknowledged me just assumed it was for the car behind me. Finally I had enough and told her no it’s for me the same person who’s been sitting here for 10 minutes waiting while you stare off into space. Once I had said that she said oh well here you go then and never apologized.

What a horrible experience! I always come here to buy my coffee, and I've never had such terrible service as I did today. I arrived at 7:03 pm for my coffee, and it's now 7:33., and they haven't even taken my order. No one is coming to the cars to take orders, the line of cars is huge, and there's no movement. The staff is completely new, and they are rude and very slow. Terrible service! I got my coffee until 07:38pm.

I’m not from big spring was working for the day the wait was 15 minutes and to get my order wrong another 15 minutes for them girls to figure out my order I ended up canceling my order asked for refund and they still charged my card have been calling office and no answer what a deception Big spring 7brew not it
