I ordered online 2 double beef n cheddar I get home and take a bite out of my sandwich and pulled out a huge chunk of rosy beef all stuck together!!!!! I’ve worked at Arby’s before and know you don’t throw this on a customers sandwich just because you don’t want to get a new roast beef on the slicer

Worker was rushed and frustrated when giving order. Asking are you done yet? Only ordered 3 combos. Got the order of the man in front of me wrong. When she handed me my food and drinks she said there done when she hadn't even given me all of my drinks. Opened our food and they only had one sandwich out of 3 correct.

I went there in the middle of the lunch rush. It did take them a minute to get my order, but other than that as soon as I took my order I got my food in less than 5 minutes because it was fresh and delicious and the service itself was actually quite nice
