Service was friendly and fast, prices were fair, food was OK. Half priced margaritas on Monday and supposedly beer but my bill didn't show half priced on the beer. Salsa was good, chips didn't have much taste, and ceviche was OK.

The refried beans tasted like they can out of a can of old El Paso refried beans, the rice was burnt and dry, the salsa had zero flavor, the guacamole and queso tasted like they come out of a can at the grocery store.
Ribeye was one of the best that I've ever had well worth the price. Service was excellent!

We came and ate here tonite. But never again. The tacos were bland, and I mean no flavor no spices just plain boiled chicken and meat. The rice was soggy, the enchilada sauce was burned. I was so sick going home and my son in law is throwing up as we speak. Sorry but not the best food in town and I won't go back there again. The waitress was very kind and attentive. The only thing good there. I was so disappointed.

The lunch I had was delicious but until I got the dessert I ordered a tres leches cake and it did not look like a authentic Mexican cake and the cake they gave me tasted sour 🤢

An absolutely warm and welcoming place! The staff was extremely friendly and out going, and they were happy to help me with everything I needed, that's not even mentioning how delicious the food was.

I had the steak fajitas, great choice the meat was tender and flavorful. The tortillas were warm and soft. My daughter had chicken quesadillas and she said they were the best she’s had in Big Spring. The margaritas were delicious. Our server was so friendly and professional. She came to ask if we needed refills or anything else several times. We had children in our party and the server was super attentive to their needs especially because the kids changed their minds a lot. The tres leches cake is so delicious. I love Carlos’ Restaurant and the owners Mark and De’Carlon are super nice, they always make you feel welcome.
