It happens every time!! Never get the correct dressing & I’m always missing the tortilla strips and pepitas! I asked for bbq sauce for my son’s nuggets and didn’t receive any. No forks for his mac and cheese or my salad.

Stopped by Chick-fil-A and had a solid experience overall. The drive-thru line looked long, but it moved faster than expected, and the staff stayed friendly and upbeat the whole time. My chicken sandwich was hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned, and the waffle fries were fresh with just the right amount of salt.
Inside was clean and well-kept, and you can tell the team works hard to keep things running smoothly during busy hours. Definitely one of the more consistent spots in Big Spring when you want something quick that still tastes fresh. I’ll be back.
I’m outraged !!! That y’all have yalls poor employees outside in the cold get a voice machine we don’t need that much human interaction take care of your employees!

Rude employees. Order wrong. Gave us someone else’s order. When we called them on it, they snatched the order we were given out of my wife’s hand and didn’t even offer an apology. Never again Chic-Fil-A. Don’t bother with this location!
