I have written, phoned, talked to managers and still the restaurant in Big Spring, Texas is the absolute worst I have ever been to. It is heartbreaking because this community wanted and deserved this establishment. 7 out of my last 10 visits my order was not correct. Everything from whole sandwiches to fries or desserts left out. Tonight it happened again. A simple internet order and the fries were left out. Up side is, at least they didn’t taste like old grease which has been the norm in the past. Maybe some of my conversations with managers has helped. I will no longer be a customer here. Get it right!!!

Slowest drive thru in town, 7:20 this morning I was the only vehicle in the lane and no customers inside at the counter, so I waited for 15 min for someone to take my money and aknowlage I was there, didnt happen, so I drove off and went to Sonic acros the street for breakfast, not the first time Ive exsperianced delays at this store but you can bet its the last time, wont be back
