Got the family fried chicken. The breasts are so tough you can't even chew them. The only things edible are thighs and legs. Don't waste your money on the trash meat they are using, life is too expensive these days.

The food was cold. Customer service sucks. They needed to be trained on how to take care of their customers . Chicken Express needs to send all employees to customers' service training . The corporation needs to rethink who they hire. People like the one's they have at their store lack education. I wouldn't have them in my restaurant representing me. No telling how many people they have been rude to. Instead of making the orders right, they said they wouldn't remake our orders & told us they would refund our money and not return. They even talked bad about my 90 year old grandmother. I am applaud of the experience we encountered today!! Chicken Express has no class, just trashy employees. I don't know how they keep their doors open.

Long 20-25 min wait. THE Food is always good and fresh. FRIENDLY STAFF. But for fast food, the service is always slow.
Some of the employees are just standing around.
I do not advise you to eat here or try to pursue any type of employment in this place the managers are the type of people to get you fired if they don’t like you They don’t appreciate hard work And they want to use the new people as “slaves” so they don’t have to do “all the work” and there are roaches everywhere the employees that are still hired for 1, don’t clean the lobby right, 2 don’t have hair nets when their hair are down to their necks and another with little white stuff in his hair they touch frozen food without gloves they do use gloves for the fish tho that’s the best product they have so I’ll give food 2 stars
