This place is okay might try something else next time. I asked what was the main dish to order for breakfast and they said the HUEVOS RANCHEROS. The sauce needs to be thicker it's more like clear or just so thin I didn't know it had any just knew it was on there because of the little onion and bell pepper or jalapeños. We asked for bacon, but the bacon was that thick ham looking stuff sounds good but no it was more fat then meat but the meat side was to tough. I've had it at other places and I guess it's cheaper, but shouldn't go the cheaper route because it leaves a bad taste and it's tough when it's a little cooler. The service is great nice lady. The coffee awesome, would give it another try but this time maybe the burritos or pancakes. Just maybe try the sauce you give for the chips for the ranchero sauce, it needs to be that thick.

I arrived at 7 AM for breakfast. Eddie is the owner and he greeted me nicely. Started my morning with a couple cups of coffee and then I ordered something that you must try! The breakfast enchilada! I added hamburger meat, cheese, side salad, extra red chili And a tortilla on the side it came with beans and potatoes. I have marked this in my favorites so I can be sure come here as I only visit one to two times a year. Fortunately, I will be here in two weeks and will be joining Eddie for breakfast again as well, thank you Eddie for a wonderful breakfast and thank your mom for cooking!

Could have been more authentic. But when you're hungry and pressed for time it's good enough.

I had placed an order for pick up but when I went to go pick it up I stood there for a while without being acknowledged. When I did get the owners attention he asked me a question but didn't even stick around long enough for me to answer. Then when I called to talk about it he hung up on me and I wasn't even being rude or yelling or anything.
Straight trash, hard potatoes, queso just

El nopal Cafe is a small restaurant located on the side of the road, its customer service is good as well as its hygiene. The Huevos Rancheros were exquisite, we will return.
