I walked up to the store at 7:54 PM I understand the craziness of this coronavirus but the guard at the door started yelling at me ma’am we’re closed ma’am ma’am and I was at least 70 feet away with 6 to 8 people in between me and him. He did the dramatic side in the Iroll and even one gentleman said he didn’t need to be rude to me. It was uncalled for and very rude. He let a handful of people in and technically they had weren’t going to close for six more minutes. I’m not from big Spring so I don’t know the current situation and I didn’t feel that that was called for. H-E-B has such a wonderful reputation, it takes one employee to change that. I tried to call the manager just now and no one answered. Hopefully you see this and help the guy at the door be a little bit more hospitable.

as a loyal customer of HEB i am requesting an answer to my question " what must one do to obtain toilet paper from your supposedly well stocked shelves"? three times ive ordered online to no avail, yet i see on the news that you say you are well supplied. please respond as a reputable business should.
