Lots of choices
Best tea place in town, but the men's bathroom has no running water in the sink. When I told an employee about it he said it had been that way for about a year and it never gets fixed. Sounds like the health department needs to hear about it. He said they do have a sink in the kitchen that they have to wash their hands in. I don't think I'll go back until I know the employees can wash their hands in the bathroom.
Love their tea
Rude bunch of kids.. always playing around.. No respect what so ever
I went to get tea today during happy hour. The charge was 3.67. I asked when happy hour was and she said 2-4. It was 2:30. I wondered why I didnt get half price. I was told oh that changed it's you got to buy one first. There was no go get you another one. It was just that's 3.67. Maybe I should have just a minute me go get another one.

The tea itself is decent, not bad at all in fact. I’ve been here a few times in the past, and one of the things I really like is the complimentary fruit for your tea. I usually order for several people and have no issues being able to take several fruit cups, but today there was an elderly lady that was very insistent that I couldn’t do that. If that’s the policy I completely understand. But it was stated nowhere that there was such a limit. You’re better off going to another coffee place or local tea place in town.
The owner Amy and employee William always does a fabulous job and is so kind when my mom and I come in and order
I went through the drive thru & placed an order for an unsweet tea. I left the parking lot and while at the light I tasted my tea & it was a sweet tea. I immediately returned & went inside. A gentleman asked if there was a problem & kindly told him I requested unsweet. He took my glass & went behind the back counter to fill my glass. Once he handed it to me I took a sip & it was still sweet. I told him that evidently someone put sweet tea in the unsweet. So he takes my glass and this time he goes to the dispenser that’s in the lobby and hands me one of the small little cups with that tea. And it was unsweet like it should’ve been. He walked away, and I just assumed that I was just supposed to replace my drink. So I got me a new glass and as I was walking out the lady at the cash register informed me I would have to pay for that. I said no. I came through the drive and my order wrong. She replied ‘I know, but you got a new glass.’ And then she proceeded to tell me that he said he was going to clean my glass and bring it back, but I did not hear that. So she told me I had to pay for my new glass. OK I’m thinking 50 cents or a dollar for the glass. Nope $4.06. I drink a lot of tea and since I moved to Big Spring, I spend quite a bit there. You just lost a customer over $4.06. The guy was perfectly nice and respectful. And I honestly did not hear him say that he was gonna clean my glass. But how many times do you go through a fast food Business and when they get the order wrong, they toss it and give you a new container with the correct food.
Great place. Always clean. Staff is always very helpful and professional.
Great place for tea, however, the loyalty app is not quite so friendly.
