I am from out of state and excited to get some sweet tea half off (2-4pm). We'll I waited in line for 14 minutes and there were only 7 cars in front of me. I got up to order at drive thru speaker at 358pm and no one ever talked to me, so at 4pm I said out loud "Hello", and then someone answered took my order. Then when I got up to window the teenager told me it's full price cause it is 401pm. I told them that I was at speaker screen at 358pm. The teenager told me to wait to get manager then a younger teenager came to window and told me that it is after 403pm and I have to pay full price. I stated that I was at window at 4pm and at drive thru speaker at 358pm, she proceeded to say sorry pay full price or leave we have other customers. So I paid and drove around corner to see 3 or 4 more teenagers at back door of store and were trying to goat me into a confrontation. I'm here a for a few months but I will not return to that poorly managed store.

Daily drink stop! We haven't tried a flavor we didn't like, the coffee is always made fresh and it's always so clean! You can tell they take pride in their store, always stocked with merchandise and never a mess in sight. The staff is so friendly, inside and at the drive thru, especially Hayden! We love HTeaO and the staff in Big Spring!

Tx Chai Zero with mint leaves and blueberries goes hard
I order an iced coffee with LIGHT ICE and this is what I received: 3/4 of the cup is PURE ICE. Frustrating experience. Please pay attention when preparing the orders.
