Waited 45 minutes for dinner and then when we finally got our order it was missing items, it had wrong food items and then I was told they didn’t have any fries for my order. We gave the food back for a refund and Teresa the manager on duty said, “girl you will have to call customer service”. She then proceeded to slam the door shut in our faces.
The man placing our order couldn’t hear us, they were out of soft drinks and the customer service was awful. Don’t waste your time here.

Been a KFC fan for 30 years, but the Big Springs restaurant has to be by far the worst I've ever had. 1st time, I thought that I just caught them on a bad day, but I have been there 4 times now and it's been the worst experience of my life! No more.

I worked as a cook at kfc for years know how its suppose to be ran and never had massive wait times for chicken...but every time i try to go now they are always out of chicken which is fine ill wait for fresh but why is the wait double the time that it takes to cook it when its not busy and its prime dinner time

This place should be condemned and closed for good. About 2 months ago I stopped by for dinner had to wait rcvd my order got home to find they gave me day old chicken that was recooked. I’ve been in food industry so I know what I had. About a month later I returned again for dinner had to wait 30 minits for my order. Got home and Again the same exact mess original recipe chicken refried hard and old. They have no business serving food to paying public. This place should be shut down immediately.

If zero stars was an option I would take it this is the most pathetic excuse for a restaurant I have ever seen
My husband and I came from Abilene for a VA appointment. We stopped here for a bite before going to appointment. The food was great and the biscuits were delicious, fresh and I wanted another.
Horrible management.... waited 1.5 hrs for our $45 order... never got it, wouldn't refund. And then canceled my order when. I asked for corporates number to file complaint.

I'd leave no stars if I could... went thru drive thru around 6ish. No cars in parking lot but yet wait for over 15 minutes. Then thankfully I looked in my bag to find out some stuff was missing before I drove off . When I went into address it with the bag of food I was asked where my receipt was. Which was not given but Mind you they just gave me my food and no one was inside eating. I kept telling them what I was missing as they kept asking me over and over and me showing it's not there. After about what seemed forever they finally gave me the item. Not sure what is going on here lately but they truly need to get it together at this location.

This store seems to always be out of something. The people who work here at night anyway really don't care about much of anything there lazy slow inconsiderate. I will probly never ever come here again it's just not worth it I like kfc chicken but if the employees are bad I might get bad or unsafe food. Not worth it kfc big Spring texas gets a D-. This is based on several trips not just a few I'm sad to say.
