Visiting from Abilene.. get Little Caesars on late practice/game days. Got 2 'Hots', they weren't fresh, one seemed like it was thin crust. POS system was down so it was cash only, we usually have some so no biggie. Big Spring fast food locations just seem run down and most workers don't take pride in working or keeping their workspace clean / presentable. Be happy for today, tomorrow may never come.

I called on 8/08/25 about 11 in the morning and spoke with a woman who sound like she with an attitude placed an order of 60 pizzas for 08/09/25 to be ready by 12. When I called yesterday 08/09/25 to confirm my order which the same lady picked up the phone said a order was never placed she began to catch attitude then telling me to that I could take my business some other place. Lucky for my I know people who work there was told the the lady is the gm there name Nicole that pretty much her assist is her bf, the night manger is her sister and the weekend manager in the morning is her best friends but was told I would be given her boss information of contact complain Brian I will post the information for all who need to complain.

Made the order at 620 pm to pick up at 8 pm. Got the email stating that my order was ready to pick up at 754. Got there at 803. Was told by the assistant manager that the pizza was not even made yet and I had to wait for 7-10 mins(810pm), it actually took 19 mins (829pm) . I asked to speak to the manager and was told that I could not speak to her.

Fast and friendly service, every now and then pizzas aren’t cut all the way through but other than that delicious!
It's ok for cheap-ish pizza all the way around for taste and quality. The consistency of pizza is always variable as far as the amount on/of the pizza is extra cooked, cooked just right and barely done. The cut of the pizza slices is comical you will have 8 perfectly cut slices or you will have at least 2 extra skinny pieces and a few regulars and at least 2 x-large pieces. The lady at the window wasn't friendly at all, she made it very clear she had other things she'd rather be doing.
