Everything was hot and freshly made customer service was really kind and friendly the only thing I wish I had was sauce. I wish I had a little more sauce on my pizza because it felt like it was just crust and cheese and toppings. Other than that it would be a five-star experience

Nice young lady at the front.... she knew her stuff which is rare these days in customer serivce. Im dissapointed in 2 things though they were not hot and ready sat there for 45 minutes. They are also no longer $5 hot and ready. The 2 reasons I even go to little ceasers. Very disapointed just not the same and now whats unique about this franchise nothing to keep me as a customer. I dont see me coming back!! The 5 dollar hot and readys are the staple to this franschises success. People are not going to be happy about this! Im not!

Food was okay. Staff is very unprofessional. I put an order in online. I went to the window to pick up. The guy at the window said "if you want, pull up and I'll bring it out. I promise it's almost done." He FORGOT I WAS THERE. I waited a total 30min minutes before I walked in to get the pizzas. It wasn't even hot anymore. He said, "sorry I'm the only one up here." There were a few employees working. One even went to his car a few times. Moral of the story... don't tell customers to pull up if you can't even remember. P.S. You suck.

Used to be good but has fallen face first in the last couple months. Pizza taste old for the last 5 times. Staff is not professional or quick. Very immature. They seem to want to play around more in the back than to answer the window or lobby. The dough must have had a change to it because it's way different tasting. It tastes like it's reheated 2 day old under the warming lights old!! Won't be going back for a while. We eat a ton of pizza every week too!
