When I ordered a sausage and cheese mcgriddle, y'all forgot the sausage and put bacon instead, also I order the bacon to be put on the side extra. No bad comments but y'all need to do better. Thank you and have a nice day. Also if anyone wants to know y'all have to order on the kiosk from now on. Have a nice day.
We're still alive and we'll, WITH money to spend. Please acknowledge people that don't want to use a kiosk, or just lock the doors and do drive through only!!! Staff just stood there talking with one another, not even paying attention to people standing at the counter. Shame on you and the lack of training and courtesy 😕

Saturday night, it was ten o'clock and the dine-in area was closed but the drive-thru was open! We waited for five minutes for someone to acknowledge us at the drive-thru! Cars were behind us. We left and circled around the building and there were employees at the drive-thru window. We are from out of town and we were tired. We ended up going to Whataburger!

I took my Grandson to eat at the Big Spring location McDonalds. I went to the front counter and was told that a register was no longer available and I had to order at the automated kiosk located near the front entrance. The front counter attendant said that her local managers received word from Corporate that no front registers would be allowed to be used. I was once again directed to the order it yourself kiosk. After a few minutes of debating the kiosk use and speaking to the managers. I was again directed to the kiosk. McDonald's has taken an enjoyable person to person conversation and etiquette. Corporate and Managers no longer possess skills necessary to speak with customers in polite conversations. Refill drink machines have been taken out and are no longer available for general public use. My Grandson did get a Happy Meal to go. My wife and I did not order a meal and will not be taking my Grandson there again.

It had been a while since I stopped in for lunch, it was only 11am and I was worried about how the food was prepared, was prepared earlier and sitting under a heat lamp or was it going to be somewhat fresh. Lately with fast food you never know what you're going to get, WELL to my surprise, the food was perfect! The fries and Big Mac were hot and fresh, the Dr. Pepper was cold and delicious, there was a very nice lady working the drive, she was great! I hope this type of service and quality of food continues, thank you for doing an excellent job all around!

I'm new to the area here in big spring And I got breakfast a few times but this last time it was bad the steak bagel well the steak was old and dry like a pruin Horrible, too, say the least, won't be waste my money there anymore so they lost a coustmer idk how they feel but I'm sure corporate will notice me going elsewhere for my breakfast because both of them here in big spring were bad 👎 so I be going over more too there comptiontion as they had the choice too not give me the old and they still did . Thers my review
