My Grandma owns this place and we have had this food truck for 5 years! My entire family loves her and it is only my grandpa and grandma that work there, we help her with the place but soon we are making the food truck a restaurant near my house! My grandma doesn’t really speak English so I have to help her but she tries her best😁
We were just passing through and wanted something other than fast food. Mima is so nice and the food is just like abuela makes it. The rice was different and really good. The chicken tacos (a classic) were awesome and her aguacate sauce is good, like a crema. The brisket was good too. Definitely worth a stop.

The most polite and kind people and the food was delicious I ordered a ground beef and potato quesadilla and it was the best I've ever had anywhere before and the avocado dip made it tast even better

The people are great and friendly and treat you fantastic. I got three breakfast burritos. Called the crude burrito excellent. Best burritos in town and the value is excellent. Everyone needs to go here if you don't. You're missing out on a great burrito at an excellent price.

I was on my way home from a clinic as I was under the weather that day on 10/24/23 and felt like eating some chicken soup. I saw they had the Chicken Verde Pozole so I stopped and ordered some. Boy was it EVER delicious and the lady was so nice!! Man I enjoyed every spoonful!! Highly recommended!!

Amazing tacos! Wow! We were passing through town with our travel trailer and pets. We wanted a quick, quality meal that we could eat in the truck, as we can’t leave the pets in the Texas heat. There was a perfect spot for us to pull in and eat in our truck. The tacos were so good!! We got the beef and potato with their special sauce, lettuce and tomatoes. The corn tortillas were lightly fried and so, so good! We will stop there every time we come through town!!
