Was at the Stripes in Midland by the Walmart and this delivery driver says it's routine to take up handicapped parking spaces for deliveries. very convienient. He laughed at me when I mentioned the REAL handicapped people....like "why would they need to park here, I'm delivering bread"? SMH. Had on a MRS.BAIRD'S shirt and thought it was really funny that handicapped people would be in HIS way. wth!?
