Horrible customer service. After being told 25 minutes, our pizzas were delivered an hour and half later. I overlooked that figuring it got busy. However, one of the pizzas was made wrong; this after correcting and confirming the order taker on the phone. I called to see if they could send another one or be compensated somehow. I heard the manager ask if she repeated the order and the cashier said yes, but failed to explain that it was wrong (and came the way she originally repeated to me which I corrected). I asked to speak to the manager and she refused to get on the phone telling her to tell me to come in tomorrow. I'm traveling across country so this is not feasible. I asked to speak to someone else there, and again the manager told her to tell me that she was the cashier right now so no. I asked for the district manager's number and was told she didn't have that. I made a complaint on the corporate site. We'll set how that goes. The pizza that was right was actually pretty good tasting but I would not go back. Customer service is everything to me.

Ordered extra marinara sauce paid for it then wouldn’t give it to me. Claim not allowed to give more then 2 even tho I was charged for extra

After buying $70 worth of pizza and as I was walking out I asked if I could get pepper and Parmesan cheese. I was told that they “don’t give that out, you have to buy the shakers for $0.99”, which I declined because I’m not going to run my vets for $0.99. And to top it all off I got home only to find my breadsticks burnt and unseasoned and unable to eat. Just a bad experience entirely. Save yourself the money and frustration and go to dominoes, it is right across the street and has the same quality but better value.

Ordered through door dash I ordered the dinner box with wings and Pizza Hut didn’t give the dasher the full order then when I called they said there was nothing they could do, because it was up to the doordasher to make sure all the food is there.

Spent $150.00 on pizza and they wouldn’t give me a crushed red pepper. Left them a 20 percent tip as well.
Probably the best Pizza Hut in America. Friendly, fast, delicious, and everybody working there is professional and in most cases a grown up. I like I love it I want some more of it.
