Bought $70 of food and while walking out I turned around to ask if I could get some cheese and pepper, to which I was told I’d need to buy a shaker of cheese for $.99! Absolutely ridiculous. To top it off the breadsticks were burnt and unseasoned. Will not be returning, just a bad experience all the way around.

Hair in food backed right into the crust and it was basically thrown at me through the windown as they slammed the window closed when I tried to ask for some napkins to clean the mess and were very disrespectful

Horrible experience the last 2 times I called in a carry out order. Both times I was told the payment went through both times the payment shows in my card account transaction history and both times I was double charged. I called to speak to the manager and spoke to Logan at first and he was rude and even hung up on me, mind you I was not yelling or cussing or even angry I was simply trying to fix my order, after he hung up on me I called back and this time a manager Gracie answered and again she was not very pleasant and dismissed everything I said and refused to give me a corporate phone number and said Pizza Hut will have to call me back with a corporate number because the managers at the store here don’t have that information. It is really sad the generations of today do not have any work ethics or sense of customer service. I will not go back to this location again. Do better Pizza Hut 🤦🏻♀️

Gracie is an idiot, very disrespectful, no plates,no mushrooms, no ranch, no respect. The ladies at the front Callie, Deciree very respectful and welcoming, always with a smile and ready to serve. They need a new manager asap the idiot running the shift should not be there.
