Came to Big Spring just to check out the town. We stopped by the Red Mesa Grill since my husband and I were unfamiliar with the area and there were a few cars in the parking lot for it being a bit late for lunch so we figured it would be a safe bet for lunch. We were seated by a very nice lady who took our drink order. Shortly after, our waitress, Melissa, took our food order...I had the Santa Fe chicken and my husband the chopped steak. Both meals were tasty and very filling. Melissa took good care of us and offered us refills to go once we paid the bill. We will be back in town in about a week and we plan to dine here again.
Great food great service. Staff excellent. Do a lot of traveling around Texas and I believe this is a hidden gem. Ambience and decor are amazing, music is great. After a long drive this is definitely an oasis of comfort. Thank you guys, you made a rough day much better! I will be back every chance I get!
Meal was good service was a little slow but good. Chicken fried steak was good had good flavor and the asparagus wrapped in bacon ? was delicious ?
The hostess is rude to customers and the servers. It takes 20 minutes to get a drink and an hour to get food. They were out of a lot of the items on their menu. We liked the servers but this place is just terribly managed.
Ordered 3 kids meals with nuggets plus our meal and nuggets were raw server/restaurants didn't make it right because those were the last nuggets they had. Expansive and less than average food! Server was good but food was poor! The hostess was an elderly lady that thought she needed to decide where the adults and kids sat first red flag!
Had a great experience. Manager was very attentive, even taking the time to check on us multiple times. Service and food both amazing.
Authentic red chile, NM style stacked enchiladas.
Took an hour and still weren't working on our food. Left because the food was taking to long. People who came in after us were getting food before us. But the Chips and salsa was alright that was all we got to taste. And we were refilling our own drinks. Smh
Great food and the atmosphere is wonderful . Came with hubby and my 2 girls .
Tasty and not your usual Tex Mex. Not exactly New Mexico food (no sopapillas, not enough green chile), but delicious.

Not sure what happened, but quality of food has sadly gone down significantly while prices has gone up. Hope this restaurant is able to turn things around.
Quick service, there was 8 of us. Good food.
Great food not the service
I'm not one to gripe. The place was empty and I still had to ask for the waitress. Hamburger steak was RED in the middle. Not impressed at all but I don't drink.
Food is decent but a little overpriced for standard fare. I usually get the peno poppers as a meal. Wife had a huge chicken fry with real mashed potatoes, but were a bit bland. Drinks are really high, $15 signature margaritas, while all drinks are over $12. The hostess always makes you feel like you are putting her out trying to find a table to be seated at. Muttering under her breath, "oh my goodness and ay ay ay," while she stares over the tables 5-6 times before taking you to your seat.
