This restaurant is in the hotel. The hotel as well as the bar and restaurant look beautiful. The bartenders were friendly and attentive. I had the ribeye and it tasted great. I would suggest the mashed potatoes as well. For an appetizer I got the chips green chili queso and salsa. The queso was perfect and I loved the salsa. I would definitely recommend going here.

My husband and I stayed for the weekend to celebrate his birthday, and everything about our experience was absolutely perfect! The food was incredible — the collard greens and chicken fried steak at dinner were delicious, and breakfast was just as amazing with the variety of French toast and perfectly cooked sides.

What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the service. We were lucky enough to have Kaisza take care of us both nights at 9 p.m. on Saturday night and again at 9 a.m. on Sunday morning — and she was simply outstanding. Her warm smile could light up a room, and her attentiveness and kindness made us feel so special. She went above and beyond for us every single time.

The atmosphere was wonderful, cozy, and welcoming. Everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations. We’re already looking forward to coming back as soon as we can!

Truely one of the best meals my husband and I have had in a very long time . The orange coffee was fantastic as well as the food . The historical hotel was beautiful, and the music playing fit the time period . Staff was very kind.

My wife and I just tried this place out and I must say the food is amazing. We had the Brussels sprouts with the cheeseburger. And everything was amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We have stayed at this hotel and eaten at their restaurant, the Settles Grill.
Everything is delicious and well seasoned. You must try the burger.
The gorgeous renovation is in keeping with its early glory days.
It's a four hour drive from our home in DFW and it's worth every mile to come see this gem in the west.

We had a group of 20 for my Mother-in-laws 83rd birthday and the staff was great and then even served a birthday cake that we brought in and they did an amazing job helping serve the cake and even hung around to sing her Happy Birthday! We are extremely happy with EVERYTHING! And I am pretty sure the food is better now than in the past.

Well, I was looking for waffles, but I'm not going to do $12.00 for a waffle... It could at least come with an egg and a slice of bacon.. please just chock me with a spoon

We came fairly early in the morning and were greeted by Melissa, the server. She was kind and did an exceptional job. The food came out hot as did the coffee. The coffee, by the way, was pretty good and drinkable without having to dilute it with cream and the other nonsense. The portion was the perfect size, so you won't leave hungry. Will come back.
