Service was very slow. There was 1 family who was checking out at the register when I arrived. 1 car in the drive through. The car in the drive through got their order the same time I finally got to the register which was 20 minutes later. Plus with my 6 inch BLT I only got 2 pieces of bacon. I asked why I only get 2 pieces and was told that was all they put on the 6 in BLT. All the other Subways I go to I get 4 pieces.

i came at 9:30 to the doors being locked i knocked sensed the sign said 10 and the young lady cleaning just stood there glaring at me. will never be going back that’s for sure definitely not the first time i’ve had a problem with their service

So rude, my co worker ordered first they lost his order and lied about didn’t take his order. I clearly heard he ordered. They just straight up lying. What a joke. You work in customer service industry, if you don’t like your job don’t work here, and don’t give your shirt attitude to the customers. Nobody feels sorry for you.

None of the sandwiches ordered were toasted when instructed too, 2 BLT’s had no bacon, no ranch, almost half a tub of lettuce on them. Forgot half the items ordered, poor job all the way around.
