Avoid the Taco Bell in Big Spring at all costs - the staff was rude, the food was subpar, and the service was painfully slow. I ordered a simple burrito and got it wrong not once, not twice, but three times. Definitely won't be back to this dump.

Dirty floor and doors, bathroom sink pulled off the wall and no soap. No napkins and the tray was dirty. Tables were dirty and there was a bug on the chair next to where I sat. This is the last time I eat here.

Didn’t complete my order. Drive-through area was filthy. Girl in the drive-through just handed me my food no acknowledgment just turned away and got on the phone. Also, my order was wrong and seeing how the hostile environment is already and how disgusting it is I don’t wanna go back and look at all these other reviews. It looks like they need some change because obviously didn’t no one cares about that place. It’s sad.
