I will say the food was excellent! The service we had not so much. We had a big to-go order, and we were missing one plate, so we told them that and they were very rude about it and then came to my truck and counted my order when in fact, I was right; I was missing one order. Yes, it’s a mistake, no big deal, but how they questioned me and handled it was very rude!!
Their food is ok. Really the only thing I like besides the tacos are the tamales. They are the best thing you can buy in probably west texas. They are not your typical Texas pencil size tamales they are some good thick nice and meaty tamales and the masa they don't hold back on the manteca which gives it a perfect texture unlike the dried typical tamales that crumbles.
The service was very pleasant and nice. Never once felt like just another customer. The atmosphere was welcoming. The food was very good even for being not what I ordered. I ordered the asado but got I think asada, little pieces of beef. Not complaining because I've never had it before and it was delicious!! I was really craving dinner asado though. Lol. I would for sure return to eat here. Good job Tita's employees and owners,!
