The slap yo mama burger was amazing. Moist, flavorful and just plain good. Only thing I would change is make the fries hand cut instead of buying frozen fries. If they do that. A full 5 stars. It is worth a drive for the burger.
I got the classic cheeseburger and fries, they were delicious. Like old school diner burger, great flavor and a bit greasy but not messy. The fries had great flavor and cooked perfectly. Well priced. The service was friendly and prompt. The atmosphere needs an overhaul but it looked like they were possibly remodeling. It’s an old building and old and run-down inside. I’m kinda boojie but love a hole in the wall place if the food is good. I would def go back.

This is my go to place for the best burger. I rarely eat out bit when I do this is the place.
When you first walk in, it looks like the health inspector forgot to visit but as soon as they put the brisket potato in front of me it was love at first bite. I suddenly didn't give a s*** about the health inspector and every time I visit Big Springs I come back for more.

Amazing i got the Chicken sandwich add garlic parmesan sauce and cheese with seasoned fries oh and the texas twinkies were amazing. Jalapeño poppers stuffed with brisket and bacon wrapped. Then deep fried oh yeah a Lil slice of heaven.

Food is always great and fresh! The burgers are amazing but not as good as the baked potatos! They're huge to begin with, they're cooked just right and they pile on the toppings. I've eaten the brisket potato and the chili cheese potatoes multiple times. Just make sure you're hungry and have plenty of room! Jeremiah is an awesome cook!
if you all aren’t open til 10 fix your hours accordingly. this can be done online so people like me don’t drive out of the way to just see a dark restaurant that’s closed. ??
