Can’t rate this place highly enough. From the atmosphere, the staff, the library, and of course the cocktails! Try the full flight, which consists of whiskey, rum and brandy, there is something for everyone and you will not be disappointed! We left with a few bottles to enjoy at home. Highly recommend the ‘ready to drink’ old fashioned to take home, really one of the best we have tasted. Also the Palo Duro whiskey- superb! Thank you Tiffany and Kevin. We will be seeing you again soon!

Just trying to grab a bite passing through toward Lakeway. The Speakeasy popped up. The food was great. Assume because of the chefs, but probably because it's also a small meat market. The bacon on my burger was unbelievable. While waiting, we enjoyed great whiskey cocktails. Even some great mocktails for the teens. We will go back next time for drinks on the way through. The staff for both is very nice and very attentive.

I’ve been coming here for years so this review is long overdue. The ambiance and staff (Kevin, Tiffany, Jen) are amazing! The whiskey is phenomenal! The Madeira Cask Stryker just won WORLD WHISKEY AWARD for best small batch single malt! Proof positive!! A must visit when you’re in Blanco, Texas!

I had the whiskey cherry cola & tostadas to pair. Didn’t manage to get a picture of the drink because it was drank before a photo could be taken🤭it was the perfect blend of whiskey, cola, and fancy black cherries. 🍒 💕
The tostadas were exceptionally made with love utilizing local farm fresh beef, pickled red onions, greens and jalapeños 🤤 🌶️ Chef Travis and his team take pride in using local farm fresh ingredients!
The bartenders, and chefs are not only beyond talented in their craft- but they are also welcoming & friendly🫶 you will feel right at home here. ❤️ There is even live music on the weekends- they’ve got you covered for entertainment 🤘 🎸

Had a tour guided by the master distiller. Theived barrels that matched flavors we enjoyed and catered the experience to our group. My group would recommend this over the other hill country distilleries!

We really enjoyed this place. Lovely staff and family friendly. Lots of cozy nooks to sit and enjoy a drink, watch a game or even play dominoes. We had a Moscow Mule and an Old Fashioned and both drinks were very well made. Highly recommend!

GREAT cocktails! Their old fashioned cocktail has the smokiness of the bourbon. Great combo. This is our next “go to” when having visitors, and heading to the hill country. Combine this with the neighboring Speaker easy grill, and your day is complete!
