Can’t rate this place highly enough. From the atmosphere, the staff, the library, and of course the cocktails! Try the full flight, which consists of whiskey, rum and brandy, there is something for everyone and you will not be disappointed! We left with a few bottles to enjoy at home. This distillery has THE perfect atmosphere, the best selection of whiskeys and rums to pair with the SpeakEasy Grill right outside. If you’re staying anywhere near Blanco you need to stop by.
