Took over 30 minutes to get a cheeseburger plain and dry and tots. We were 1 of 3 cars there. Finally got food and it was all cold. Watched the “staff” play grab ass while our food just sat there. Can’t say this is just a thing for this restaurant location. Seems like all Sonic’s have gone to crap.

Two visits in a row last week, it took over 20 minutes to get an order with 2 items. The second time, after a 20- minute wait and the chicken wrap still wasn't cooked,I told them to cancel the order. Still got charged. Have had similar problems in the past. Never again at this location. I gave a negative review on their feedback site and asked to be contacted. That's never happened.

I did an order on the app and waited 10 minutes and never got my drinks. They cater only to local people. If you are traveling through, don't bother stopping here. You will NOT get your order.

Ive gotten the grillos pickles tots at a few other sonics but they never put enough on there. I decided to ask for extra at this sonic, and they coated em, they were delicious and ill remember it for the rest of my life. This sonic is awesome and service is amazing. Ly guy<3

I mean it’s Sonic but I will say service is incredible but it is kind of expensive for fast food but then again so is a lot of other fast food restaurants.

Last time I stop and get breakfast there now i know why they don’t have any people there i ordered my meal and asked for little ice in my cold coffee they filled it to the top with ice to the lid and when i told her nicely she said oh im sorry that’s part of the you know…. But I’ll fix it and she took the cup and she there I’m sorry I fixed it i took a sip driving out of there and she had taken the ice out and filled it up with water I will never stop there again what gets me is the stupid way they act and say we are sorry and think everything is fixed 😡

Our family will never come back to this location.
I order just 5 small drinks on the app. When I got to the location I tried to put in the stall number but the app was having issues. I then called the number listed on the stall sign and told them I couldn’t confirm my stall number. I gave them my name and they said they would be right out. They were a little busy so we gave them a little bit of time. Well that little bit of time turned into 15 almost 20 mins. I called them back and they said they didn’t see me checked in so they wasn’t sure. I was upset at this point because I told the lady that I had just called over 15 mins ago. The lady claimed that the person i talked to ran out and she didn’t know where she went. I said are you kidding me? I asked if my drinks were made and she wouldn’t say anything. She just kept rushing me off the phone. She really got irritated when I asked for a refund and she said she would take care but that she needed to get off the phone because they were busy and she needed to make food. I hung up on her at that point.
We will never be back.
We tried to use them the week before and had an issue. Husband ordered a lemon berry slush. Those usually look a little pink in color with bits of strawberries and a slice of lemon. He slush had none of those. We asked for them to remake it and it still wasn’t right. It was watered down. When we asked about it and mentioned the strawberry bits and lemon they claimed that the guy that usually makes them made the mix ahead of time and that’s
The way they always make it and the way it comes when they order the mix. We left.
Went to Corpus Christi and went to the sonic on south padre island drive. Their lemon berry slush was the way it should be. Their customer service was fantastic and everyone was so helpful and nice. We went back several times during our stay there. The blanco location needs to learn a thing or 2 from them.

I had a hotdog today on April 23, 2025 on my last bite. I noticed it was super gray and look very discolored. I instantly spit it out about two hours after I felt very nauseous and dizzy and I have the worst migraine. I definitely got bad food poisoning. I tried to call but the number keeps going to a New Jersey sonic very disgusting 🤢

Love Sonic in general but I finally have to say something about this one. Lived in the area for 2 yrs now and we’ve gone for food before and they told us the grill was out, just now I went for drinks and they are just doing bottled water, most of the time it’s pretty slow to get stuff but we usually do it anyways because we like sonic. Not sure if it’s fixed yet, but for a long time the phone number was connected to a Sonic in New Jersey so you couldn’t call and check ahead. Hopefully things improve because we would love to be able to come more but I think it’s just more safe to go to the one in Fredericksburg if you’re in between.
