Had an online order placed at 10:05pm, as the app and website say they are open till 11pm. Arrived to the location was was told that they were already closed and there was nothing they could do about it. They said that everything was already shut down, but then why not just cancel my order!?!? The app already took my money and they didn't not offer a refund or any help and told me to go through the app to get my money back. The girl I was speaking with was very rude and obviously had no care in the world that I spent money and was not getting anything in return. I told them that the app tells me to speak with the location of the placed order, and they still didn't care. Very disappointed in the management of this location. Handling conflict horribly and obviously did not know company policies. I don't understand how it is so hard to change the times on google, let alone their own app. Save your time and don't give them your money.

I ordered a hamburger without cheese and even on the ticket said no cheese. Tried to call the Sonic in Blanco TX but the phone number listed on the website is a New Jersey number. What a rip off!!!!

There is literally no point in having an app where you can order ahead. Have had multiple times where we have had to wait 15-20 minutes at least. Done with that place

Ordered a turtle truffle nut blast. Received a cup full of ice cream with a few sprinkles on the top. The employees are too lazy to make your food correct.

Worst experience using a drive thru that I have ever experienced, and I have been thru many in 40 years. Waited 5 minutes at the speaker, but waited 20 minutes at the window! Cars were honking their horns behind me. The order was small, 4 food items. The girl at the window told me they had a lot of orders, then slammed the windows shut. They got the food items correct, but no condiments or napkins. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I live in Blanco and occasionally visit sonic for a “Quick” burger through the drive thru. I have visited on Different days at different times of the day. There is nothing quick about this place even through the drive-through. If you are stopping to get a quick burger, you better have plenty of time to spare. It takes forever to get waited on even with only one car in the line. At times, I’ve sat at the speaker, waiting 5 to 10 minutes before someone would even talk through the speaker…. Then to pull up to the window and wait another 5 to 10 minutes for the food. This has almost been a guarantee every time I visited. I have never been through a drive-through that has been this slow consistently.I’m all about supporting local Blanco businesses and will most likely continue to do that here occasionally since I don’t eat much fast food, but I wish management would understand the frustration to sit in drive-through line for 20 minutes when you’re one of the only ones in the line an make some changes . Do you think they know this is happening?As far as the food goes, it is consistent with all Other sonics And the folks that work there are usually pleasant. The only problem is, it’s beyond slow to get food there through the drive-through.
I was a little sceptical from previous reviews. But tried it anyway, and y'all this is a 5 star sonic! The burgers looked just like the menu. Shout out to the cook. Husband and I were very impressed. The lady taking our order I think her name was Olga, she was the sweetest! And our car hop I think Marissa was her name. She was so kind and made sure we had a everything we needed. Perfect stop while heading back home from Inks State Park.

Stopped to get ice cream cones, only to find out, they no longer have cones. So we ordered milk shakes instead. They were Not made with ice cream! Tasted like they were made with ice and whip cream ?. Worst milkshake we have ever tasted. We will not be stopping here again
