Travis & Cherry, ably assisted by Ava, serve up the best farm-to-table food I've experienced from a small venue in years. Cooked fresh to order and expertly presented, their food is a feast for the eyes as well as the tummy.
Hand sourced buns, locally sourced beef, pickled onions, crisp lettuce, tomatoes, thick cut bacon, and fried cheese add up to a clearly superior burger at a phenomenal price. One is enough for two, but if you've got a Texas style appetite, two won't break the bank.
Whiskey Pig sandwich and Flapper Fish tacos completed an extremely satisfying early dinner complemented by Andalusia hand-crafted cocktails. There's more on the menu, and you've got to go to get the full experience!

Famished after hiking all day at Pedernales Falls State Park, we headed out early for a Valentine’s Day dinner with our hearts set on a big burger and the much-reviewed mushroom quesadilla.
It was a little confusing pulling up to Andalusia Tasting Room, but they kindly directed us next door to the Speakeasy Grill. We soon learned that the evening was reservation-only with a special steak menu—and they were sold out. There we stood: “three chicks with no rez.” 😅
Then the owner mentioned he had two steaks left.
SOLD. We’ll split it!
The meals arrived quickly, complete with beautifully cooked asparagus and perfectly roasted potatoes. There simply aren’t enough adjectives to describe the flavor and tenderness of the ribeye, cooked to absolute perfection and crowned with a homemade lobster butter compound that took it completely over the top.
The owners are gracious, thoughtful, and incredibly talented in the kitchen. My only regret? I live three hours away and can’t return as often as I’d like.

Both times that I have been to the Speakeasy Grill I have been absolutely thrilled with the food and service. The husband and wife team who run the place are both super friendly, with honest recommendations of what’s good that day. The first time we went, I had a Mediterranean feta lamb burger, which was the daily special, and my girlfriend had the mushroom quesadillas off the regular menu. Both items were seriously great. The second time I visited, I had the bacon cheeseburger an my buddy has the pulled pork sandwich. I think this might be the best burger I have ever had in my entire life. The bacon was everything that you ever wanted bacon to be, and the meat patty was thick and juicy, yet somehow perfectly charred, with little crispy crunchy edges. This little restaurant is co-located with Andulusia Distilerry, so you can get a tasty beverage to was your food down with. This is the best restaurant in Blanco- don’t drive by it!!!

You will never go wrong with any food choices here. Everything is absolutely delicious. By far my favorite is the Hottsy Tottsy Tostadas, but the fish tacos are a close second! Reasonably priced for the excellent quality of food you receive. Would easily be twice the cost at a restaurant in town!

We have had almost every item on the menu. The steak specials on Wednesday blew our socks off! The burgers, tacos, and the mushroom quesadilla are all 5 star high quality choices. We always eat at Speak Easy on our trips to Andalusia!!!

I mean WOW! If ur traveling thru, just do yourself a favor and order everything off the menu including their homemade sauces - if ur local - I mean, honestly same :) the chef really puts in the work and you can see it in his food and all the delicious flavors he delivers on - thank you for existing - great food great atmosphere and best of all kid friendly.

We stopped by for dinner on the way to Johnson City and were blown away by the food at Speak Easy Grill. We ordered fish tacos, pork tacos, oxtail and lamb birria tacos and the burger out of the truck next to the Andalusia Whiskey Company. All the dishes tasted incredible and were plated beautifully. The owners were so sweet and I love how much pride and care went into their dishes. We didn’t order any whiskey but my kids and I were warmly welcomed by the bartender and the building that housed Andalusia was beautiful and so comfy! We live in Austin but we will definitely be driving back.
