The town is on a boil notice today and texas cannon stayed open due to their tank reserve for brewing. Even extremely busy they took care of the customers very efficiently amd kept the food quality up to standards. Thanks for feeding us today.
I had the brisket quesadilla, which was very greasy although tasty and the tortilla was still crispy. I put a LOT of paper towels in the plate to soak up the grease and keep the tortilla crisp. The beans that came with were peppery and delicious. My husband has the Cannon dog, which he loved ("give it 5 stars!"). The atmosphere was clean, but nothing special. We just happened to drive by and see this brewing company . We went inside and found the best beer variety ever! The friendliest owner who remembered our name when we left and the best bartenders! Had a fantastic time ! Great beer, great food, great people! You will not be disappointed ! We left with a hat and t-shirt !!
