We’re visiting from Missouri and stopped at The Bistro for dinner. This has been one of our best decisions on the trip!
I ordered the spinach/artichoke dip (best I’ve ever had), and our friends ordered the queso for appetizers. They were wonderful!

The most adorable hidden gem in Blanco. This place is right off the river and offers indoor and patio seating.
The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Our food was all delicious. I had the salmon strawberry Gorgonzola pecan salad. The pesto vinaigrette dressing was so fresh and delicious. My daughters loved their burger and club sandwich. My husband had a Rueben that was also great.

We ate at the new location - Bistro on the river. Menu was very limited, service okay. Table way too small. I'm a vegetarian, so if you are, go elsewhere. I ordered a potato and when I asked for chopped onions on it I was told "we're too busy".
