We’re visiting from Missouri and stopped at The Bistro for dinner. This has been one of our best decisions on the trip!
I ordered the spinach/artichoke dip (best I’ve ever had), and our friends ordered the queso for appetizers. They were wonderful!
For entrees, my best friend ordered the apple salad and her husband got the chicken tenders with waffle fries. I had the Greek salad with grilled chicken and my hubby had the bacon/brie burger and fries. All were exceptionally good!
The wait staff was excellent, the food extraordinary, and the view spectacular. We WILL be back!!! 5 STARS!

Owners son served us and was delightful, informative and attentive. The food was a spot on and the house made dressing were absolutely wonderful. Can’t wait to go back and try other items on the menu.

What an absolute hidden gem. Every server is so warm and friendly. They've done/are doing some major renovations and will be expanding their menu as well. I ordered the chicken egg rolls, they were amazing! I look forward to stopping by again sooner than later, and trying out some of the newer stuff.

I only have great things to say about Rustica, formerly the Bistro. We had the steak tonight and it was one of the best steaks I've ever had! We always get the calamari as an appetizer and I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Ordered the rustica shrimp plate to go, what i got was a plain pasta with no flavor kind of like for a kid. Shrimp had good flavor. Would not recommend. Defetnetly not worth the price. Tiramisu was good.

This is such a cute little place. The food was so good. Our waitress was Chelsea and she was absolutely fantastic, she was very tentative to our table and constantly checking on us but not in an extreme way. She truly made this a wonderful experience for my first time here

My fiancé and I came here for dinner, we have never been to Blanco but came here for our wedding. We LOVED this place. First, it is well kept and beautiful but what made us love it even more was the service, our waitress Erika was THE BEST waitress I have ever had, she gave recommendations, asked for honest feedback from us, and made us feel so comfortable here. The food was just the cherry on top, good portions and amazing flavor! Erika even explained that almost everything in their restaurant is local and fresh, and we could taste it! 10/10 and we are so coming back for that homemade tiramisu! P.S. give Erika a raise!

My husband and I love eating here. The food is expertly prepared, and the wait staff seem to sincerely care about the experience of their patrons. We dined at the Bistro for Valentine's Day, opting for the evening's special menu, along with wines for each course. We couldn't have been more pleased with the food, wines, and service. And the atmosphere is charming, with unique touches throughout which are comfortable and elegant. The pleasant deck overlooking the Blanco River is an added special feature. Highly recommend this restaurant!
