The food was so good, but the service was quite bad. It took 25 minutes to put in an order and the entrees also were quite delayed. They excused themselves by saying how busy they were, but the restaurant was half empty.
If you're craving classic comfort food, The Bistro is the place to go. The menu leans heavily on hot sandwiches and fried foods. The portions are generous, and in the case of the chicken fried pork, the entree is shareable. Overall presentation and flavor are good, and the friendly service helps with the casual vibe the eatery is going for. Cheers!
Had the prime ribeye steak plate. Ordered it medium rare but it was more done than that, & disappointingly tough in the center. The seasoning was good, but definitely not like Saltgrass. The baked potato was excellent. We liked the carafe of water on the table, but a little ice would’ve been better. We will go again & try a different entree.
