I went through the drive thru, and it took me an hour to get my food. My food was still fresh, hot, and correct. I think they are shorthanded because there were now hiring signs everywhere. Also it's a very small town.

My husband and I live here in Bloomington. We used to love coming here but lately nit so much because they're so rude. My husband went to get a dilly bar and some young hispanic girl employeel mouthed off to him saying"well what you want it for free?" Why be so rude and my husband is autistic. It not first time they've been rude . I mean if you can't say any nice just don't say anything.....

Had to go back three times for them to fix my order when I called to speak to a manager about my order I at first wasn't rude until the manager tried to get rude with me I am 6 months pregnant and just wanted my food to be right I have spent several years working in the food industry and they are entirely unprofessional will be calling corporate to complain I also have pictures of the message I sent to my husband for them to read off my order so there is no excuse
