CANDANCE CAR HOP CAN NOT DO HER JOB!! She took our order twice at the counter and still got it wrong. Had to go back in and get it fixes only for her to keep giving the wrong instructions to the cooks and STILL not give us the full order. PLEASE MANAGEMENT ADDRESS THIS. Taking an order on a screen is NOT HARD!!! -A server
Update: My grandma went in to get it fixed and asked to see the manager who never came out.

Slow service. Over cooked food. Oh let’s not forget instead of my cheese sticks they gave me double onion rings. Yea, not what ordered. Can’t believe I spent almost 80 dollars for a bunch of over cooked, dry, wrong items. Back to Mt. Vernon location I go.

Autumn v. was our second car hop didn’t get the first girl that took our order through the drive thru that kept asking anything else after each item I try to ask for . Our order was one strawberry slush and a cherry limeade. Told the girl our order was wrong she had an attitude to get the order right. First the slush was not mixed and she reply back saying we don’t do that anymore LOL OKAY.
Then she asked if I wanted her to make the strawberry I said yes as that is what I order she I get the strawberry and it’s not mix. How is a slush not mixed? She told me they put the strawberry in then the. Pour the slush in. And y’all don’t take apple pay yes y’all do the worst services I’ve gotten I guess it’s just because it’s a small town.

I went through in a late evening making a drive to Oklahoma. The staff was all very friendly and took the care to make my breakfast burrito, hot and fresh one of the best sonic burritos I’ve had in a very long time.

Stopped by after a long day, and the drive thru worker AUTUMN was very polite and friendly. Made sure all needs were met. She needs a good recognization from managers and co workers.

Horrible onion rings. Onion rings were cooked hours ago. (Burned) Sane as well for fries and chicken sandwich . They were reheated .No star!!!!

The customer service is horrible and the manager looks like a kid. I don't understand what is going on at this Sonic but it need to be looked at. The inside is nasty and how do you make a Strawberry shake with real strawberries and it still look like a Vanilla shake. I had to throw 2 strawberry shakes away. The whole restaurant customer service is horrible. Whoever own this Sonic need a new staff.

I always have the best experience when I come here. The people at the counter are always really nice, the food is hot and fresh, and the management does a really good job of managing their team.

Read other reviews that were not very good. I think they might be working on changing things because the staff was fabulous. They went overboard to make sure my order was more than right and were kind and positive. Thank you for being so customer friendly.

Took 40 minutes to get my food because they had to clean the grill at 7:10am. After waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru I went in to see what the hold up was. There was a roach on the drink station at the front counter. Finally got our food, took one bite and there was a long hair in it. Will not be back. It's a shame Bogata was so excited for this location only for it to turn in to a total dump.

I have been there a few times in hope that it would get better. The staff doesn't seem to know what they are doing. I think that should go back to the owner probably not providing proper training. Not interviewing properly and providing the place with GOOD leadership. When you loose the locals, you loose. It's worse than the sonic in Clarksville tx and that's saying something. Also, I do know that the 5 star reviews ( in some part) are coming from people working there or related to the people working there.
