Went here on 04-20-2024 at 12:30 PM with our group of photographers, quickly seated at a table with a nice view of the inter-coastal waterway and East Bay. Jade greeted us, made us feel welcome, and Angel was our server who couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. The menu was full of great selections. We had the French Grilled Oysters and Calamari [forgot to snap pics] as appetizers, and I had the oyster po’boy and my bride had the fish tacos. All were very good. Definitely will return on our next visit to Bolivar Peninsula.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a one person lift operated by staff called by the push of a button. The response was prompt and employee [Jade] was friendly.

We ate here a couple of times a little over a year ago and again last week. Everything we ordered was very good. Our waiter Dave was attentive and just like we asked, whenever our drinks were low, he brought out more. The views of the sunsets from the restaurant are beautiful, what a great experience!

I am completely delighted with my first visit to Stingaree. There were 4 of us, we ordered a diverse array of food, all of it delicious. The frozen margaritas are delicious, and generously made. This is worth a visit... make it a leisurely one and you will be glad you did.
Good Taste with Tanji now has a skeptical viewer. Can’t blame the server who was very attentive and kind. But the food was mediocre at best, nothing like Tanji and the owner projected. The Greek salad was one of the few highlights of the meal, and it wasn’t memorable as the lettuce looked like someone beat it out of the triple washed salad bag. The Mediterranean Crab Fingers at $17.95 were overpriced for nine tiny fingers in a nice artichoke sauce but still nine is nine. The Shrimp etoufee is simply one note of a tomato and onion sauce of tiny undeveined shrimp. The Blackened Bar trash is simply that trash, some more undeveined shrimp, a touch of crab,…with blackened season over rice. The Grilled Seafood Platter of BBQ Crab, catfish, shrimp, crab-stuffed shrimp, BBQ shrimp and seafood gumbo was another hard pass. The crab was mushy, the fish overcooked and the shrimp at this point, I didn’t care for bc my taste for shrimp had been ruined. The gumbo, I won’t lie was good. The Chicken Breast Sammy is a normal Chicken breast inside of a redfish size crust of fried batter. Really?? Fries and onion rings were fine but not memorable. Their take on Key Lime pie, Key Lime ice cream over an Oreo cookie crust is interesting but wouldn’t order it again unless it was in a Hagen Daz container. Oh, but the Dr. Pepper was good.View is nice, and the sea captains of the many barges honk if you wave.
