We ger carry-out all the time at DQ, always been very good. Today was way off. The toast was not a bite it was a pulling apart, then couldn't chew, the chicken strips were way dark. Had hard time biting,gave that up ,pulled. They were way over cooked, from now on look before you leave.

Ive always put a blizzard on my combos and now all of a sudden you cant do that. Then you make me wait 20 minutes for one 4 piece chicken, that is ridiculous. If its gunna take that long warn me before i pay cause i only get 30 minutes for lunch and yall screwed me

Came in the afternoon and the guy behind the counter was very kind and friendly. He served our food and suggested other items to go with our meal. The place is very clean and honestly probably one of the best DQ's I have ever stopped in on a road trip. The bathroom was clean and the food was hot.

Fries we're average, cheese bites didn't taste like cheese, and the order took over 10 minutes for just the two items which seems ridiculous
I waited in the drive thru for 12 minutes. One order was taken (the driver in front of me). When it was finally my turn to place my order the employee said they would be right with me. I waited another 9 minutes and asked what is taking so long as there was only the driver ahead of me left in line and at the window. The rude employee came back and said they were short handed and I need to be patient. The driver ahead of me got their food and drove away. I waited another 8 minutes and no one EVER took my order. There was a line of four cars behind me and three cars parked in the parking lot. I wasted 29 minutes and couldn’t even get my order taken. Worst experience at this location. EVER.

The new DQ restaurant is clean. Spacious. The service was somewhat slow. The food tasted great with a wide variety on the menu. Recommending the restaurant for a relaxing sit down meal.
