Now our favorite fish place and it’s only 25 minutes east of Sherman. Worth the drive! I tried the Fried catfish, fried shrimp, collard greens, gumbo and rice and beans.
It was all very good.
We dined in the bar and Ester was an amazing bartender/waitress!! Hope to go back soon because I have more to try.

Stumbled across Floyd's a few weeks ago. Saw it when it opened and never ventured in cuz I thought everything was fried. I was wrong.. wonderful FRESH blackened catfish. Salads are fresh, too. Even the BLT was worth having again. We had take out today, and though there were a few small mistakes, we'll definitely being visiting Floyd's again :)
The food? Phenomenal. I am not a fish person, but I couldn't help but steal pieces from my mom and regretted not getting some.
