I watched a girl with glasses eat something while in the middle of making my order. The guy our "host" was very rude at first. They forgot half our order at first. I'm in service too and I was very disappointed with the customer service but the food was great!

Was told by an employee that they see how bad they could get the reviews! They're doing a great job of it! Wait for the owner to sell before going here! I can't eat the rest of the chicken, tired of throwing up! More edible meat on a cockroach leg!!!!!

Ordered leg and thigh combo thru app. It was easy and hoped to save time. When I arrived I was told they didn't have chicken because their freezer was down, so no chicken! I drove 14 miles to provide supper for my family. Only to be told no deal. When I placed the order it requested my phone number in case of problem with order. I asked why I was not notified they said it's against corporate policy to call customer! They also couldn't credit my card "because I used app" but got cash. Going to delete app. Going old school and call. Probably going to Williams Chicken in the future. This location has issues.

We waited 10 minutes in a line of 3 cars then waited another 20 for food. I ordered the 4 piece and in came ready in 10 small broken dried out pieces. We were the only customers at that time. We also spent money on food that we couldn't eat. So for that amount we go home and have a PB sandwich.?

They have me the most stale re heated fries I’ve ever had, absolutely disgusting. I called up there and told them that and after refusing to put management on the line they hung up on me. No wonder the place is never busy they are disgusting and rude

Went through the drive thru, the guy taking the orders was rude and kept getting things wrong, was told at 12:30 in the afternoon that they are out of Mac and cheese and dirty rice. We finally get our order after a 30 minute wait, and was short a kids meal went inside and complained and was told we didn't order it. We will take our business elsewhere, because the owners are arrogant and rude and feel that this establishment is worth a 30 minute wait.

Well first time I came the girl had attitude cause apparently the 2-3 cars before me ordered huge orders and then I come and have my order then I come 2-3 weeks later and now I am having to wait 30 minutes for my order. All I can say is you have one job. If you don't like having to cook and have great customer service than this is not the job for you, find something that you can do without the attitude drive through is just that get your food you ordered to go. Whoever is Managing this place needs to do a better job you need to find better employees. Cause this is horrible Customer Service. If you can't find better employees then close this place down.

The service at this location is terrible, I like the food but you had better have at least 30 minutes to wait and there is a good chance they will be out of st last one item you want to order, things like hot rolls, corn foods when offered, ookra, and catfish just based on my experiences over time. I think is safe to say the management is totally ineffective and training is nill, at least when it comes to customer experience

I am a frequent customer at your Bonham tx location and I canot stress enough my dissapoitment and dissatisfaction with not only the service I have personally experienced but the availability of food that is listed on the menu. I have recently been very disapointed that I canot get the chicken salad along with cookies. I also do not appriciate the rude customer service ive recieved my last experience today I was requesting that my order be corrected and was flipped off by one of the employees. Your losing me as a customer as of today. This needs to change people

This establishment has had some rough times over the years. I've gone here for years. My family loves the food, but the service was slow of lacking. Not this time. Spot on. Guy at the cash register was trying to help me save money. Food was finished in record time. I couldn't believe it. It was also FRESH. Not stuck under a heat lamp. I hope they can keep this up. I'm excited.

I usually come to this location and get dinner for my family and it is always a pleasant experience until recently. For a while now I have noticed a woman there, dark-blonde/brown hair, white complected, and wears glasses. At first I thought she was a customer, however, I have been seeing her there everyday and I figured she wasn't an employee due to the fact that she wasn't wearing a uniform. Well on Tuesday while I was getting my dinner as per usual, she started yelling at one of the employees out of nowhere. She was being rude and disrespectful for no reason. The employee didn't do anything for her to treat her that way. I don't know if she's the owner or what but if this is how management treats their employees then I will be putting a complaint to the BBB to let them know how they verbally abuse their employees. I also noticed she had a baby and I don't think a work establishment is appropriate for a child, especially when this woman is screaming and being extremely rude at the employees.
