Went to the McDonald's.To place an order manager would not take the order.Said I needed to use the kiosk. Said that was the only way to place an order yelledd that across the room Would not come to the desk even though I offered to Wait. Poor manager Poor service. Why would I want to go to another mcdonald's. If.
This is where They are headed. this manager should be addressed. it was not busy.
Sucks bad customer service I waited 50 mins for just cookies I ordered online and they were hard and cold worst McDonald’s
8:13 PM, nobody in drive thru line. I order double cheeseburger and small fries. I get parked to wait. Way to aim low McDonalds. I worked there as a kid-and there is a reason people are not coming here anymore. Slooooooooooow. Smaaaaaaaaall food. People that dont care. Just got the order. No napkins, or ketchup-bag wide open to cool my food faster-as if the cheese would be melted anyway….cold food. Again.
