My family and myself went through the drive through after a high school track meet. We were in the drive through about 40 minutes. The guy working the drive through window did not speak English.They tried to give us someone else’s order twice. Then when we got our order,literally everything in our order was wrong. So then I had to go inside to get my order corrected and there were several other people in there for the same thing. On top of that, our food was cold. I will never go back to Bonham Tx

Each time I've gone through 3 times now. Fries are cold or stale,burgers dry and can't get order rite, never have shakes. Last time I sat at the window got our food . Then we waited for almost 10 min for a tea all to be told they where out. So I'll say this horrible service and food. I believe in trying 3 times but after that done. If you want cold food , crap service, anything but what you want then this is the place.

Every time I go to the drive-thru they always forget something out of my bag whether its fries, condiments or wrong drinks. The crew there obviously can't read tickets. And manager needs a refresh in CUSTOMER SERVICE. The whole company needs new and friendlier staff, even corporate!!

man every single time I go to McDonald's drive thru they totally mess my order up. ordered Frappuccino I get ice coffee. yuk. come on mickey d get some employees that can hear an then follow thru with putting the right shit in people's bags. cuz honestly bonham McDonald's sucks. I thought maybe they had a bad day so tried em again. same ole same I tried one more time bfor i stop eating there. and guess what ¹this time the food was cold un consumable. for real even the fries were nasty.

The manager there needs to be replaced the service sucked! People came in from the drive through complaining cause they handed out the wrong order and she’s the one handing it to the employeee to give to the customer! Also noticed no gloves while handling food or washing hands!! Filling the bag with food so much where the food is about falling out!!! Now waiting on our food took way too long!!! Fix this people quit being lazy!!!
Very slow service everytime I’m in there. No sense of urgency and don’t use the mobile pickup…you’ll wait there for 20-30 min or never get your food….

Place app order 2 iced tea and one iced coffee. Order#1648, March 9th. Entered at 2:49, left 3:29. They stared at me, without asking a question in front of the counter. No one got 2 seconds for me or ask what I want or to pick up? Almost 40 minutes for a drink is too much to ask I assume! I returned here for good faith despite previous bad services over the years, but this one just be my last one for Bonham McDonald’s. I ordered to go, they gave me cups to do it myself, after 40 minutes of standing and staring at me blankly. No word said to me, nor I will say anymore about you. Since McDonald’s has billions, losing a small customer is probably ok to a giant douchebag of a company.

This place is bad. If you want your food in a timely manner don't come here.
The last time I came here it literally took them 30 minutes to get my meal out. Just me and 2 kids. Half of it was wrong. The fixes took another 15 minutes.
This time I'm going through the drive thru this time. Got my receipt at 4pm. Got up to the window and got asked to pull up to the reserved space. Waited and waited. Then finally at 4:19. They bring my my food. Minus the drinks. I told them and then went back inside. They finally brought the drinks at 4:26. I don't know who manages it or if it's a shift management problem or if it's a staffing issue but this is seriously out of hand.
If it wasn't for my kids wanting the food, I would never come to this location again. I can put up with a lot but this never stops.

There was no soap in the bathroom to wash your hands, and there's no trash can for trash I would not recommend this place

Stopped by on my way home to get nuggets. Got home opened the box and the first nugget I pulled out had a big bite taken out of it. Can someone please tell me how this is possible. Fed them to my dogs. Management you can paint your building all you want you need to work on your customer service. This is totally unacceptable.
