The manager, April, was very sweet, and she was working her tail off, while her crew was busy playing. We ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries and after almost 30 minutes, our food came out cold and they sat it down like we should be grateful. Never again. They only had 2 customers the whole time.

It was so backed up at the drive through. I went in to try to get it faster. The blonde lady that was helping us. Last night Monday, the 22nd of December. At 7 PM. Seem like she was on drugs. She forgot a lot of things in the bag. After it taken 25 minutes, then they didn't have 3 cookies. That I ordered 25 minutes ago. They forgot the fries. They didn't give me my drink. When my daughter received the food, she didn't eat, but one bite it was terrible. She said it tastes burnt. I said it don't look burnt. She said I'm not eating that after waiting. In 25 minutes. The lighting that was talking to us. I could not understand she was trying hard. She looked lost, she looked high bad management. I won't be back. No straws for the drinks

The staff are the worst. Like maybe one or two that speak english. They will repeat the wrong thing back multiple times until I just give up and leave. I tried to order grinch meal they are out not a big deal tried to order a sweet tea half cut they read off three different things I did not say. Also went inside to use bathroom it's always dirty the trash cans don't even have bags. And this one doesn't have a play area come in bonham... Do better lol

Just got food for dinner tonight and I have never had a worse experience with a restaurant. My boyfriend went in and got a grinch meal and got me chicken nuggets and fries. When he returned to the truck only my meal was in there. I then went in to go ask them for our other meal, thinking they were just busy and forgot it. When I asked about the other food I was immediately shut down and told that they put it in there. They wouldnt give me a refund or any of the food that we paid for claiming I took it out and came back. I told the employees they could go through my vehicle if they were that concerned about it but they wouldn’t. I ended up talking myself into getting a single big mac that was cold but I wanted my boyfriend to eat something tonight. Will never understand complete and utter disregard for someone telling the truth. 0/10 experience never going back.
