Dishonest and scamming. I stopped using them years ago because you'd always have something missing from your order and if you live outside of town, it's our of your pocket to drive back to Bonham to get what you paid for in the first place. I stupidly decided to give them another chance. I'm 2 weeks out of surgery and can't drive so I asked family to pick up the order. Once again Pizza Hut staff didn't pay attention when getting the order together and forgot the 4-pack of drinks. Instead of refunding what they owe you, they will either have you drive to the store or they will keep your money as a credit. Seems like an illegal practice when the customer is asking for a refund of what they didn't receive.

If I could leave a zero I would!! Because the order had to get handed off to another person and the stupid person coumd not hear me on the line they pushed the call at 11 pm and said as we were concluding the order that they could not do the order!! Terrible customer service!! We were coming through flooded roads and grateful just to have made it to the hotel!! 4 hungry kids and then to put up with their crap!! Reafirms why I dont go to Pizza Hut!! Dominos I guess all the way!! They are open til 1 am!!

I ordered a pizza from the best western was charged for it, manager from Pizza Hut didn’t even attempt to make it right, it was never delivered 30$ down the drain. Delivery driver was tipped as well.

Food ordered for delivery. Driver didn’t have complete order after waiting over an hour for delivery. Driver stated they were the only person driving. Driver left to get item left and took another 30 minutes with no return. Called the store requesting a refund. No refund or adjustment made. Food was also not made correct. Paid for extra and didn’t provide.

I honestly like Pizza Hut with the exception of THEY DO NOT WEAR GLOVES. I’ve witnessed first hand them touching everything and then went over to make pizzas with no gloves. That’s not sanitary at all.
