If i could give them a negative rating i would. This is one of the worst taco bells i have been to, i don’t recommend ordering from this taco bell it sucks. The people who work there are slow and there is something wrong with their heads, they cant take orders, when you give them an order they get majority of your order wrong. They take forever, and when they get your order wrong they wont remake your order even when it’s cold and soggy because they decided to get your order wrong. Their customer service is remarkably terrible. If you want to go to get food in bonham i suggest little cesears, they make your pizza how you ask for it, fast but they close early on weekends but thats okay because they have better service and actually give you what you’re asking for when you’re the customer.

Got the nacho bell Grande and the steak street tacos. When I got to the window I handed the young man at the window my card and thanked him as he handed me back my card with a receipt but no response. Didn't get to look at the nachos before my kid took them, but these tacos are a joke!! Almost no meat or anything other than shell and sauce. I get wishy washy food from here, nothing is ever consistent.

Does anyone who interviews these people check personalities? They should. A happy place is where I go to enjoy a quick lunch. The Mexican pizza tasted just like oil it was very gross .
The night shift here has very poor standards for the quality of food, no one answers the phone when you call the location and our food has been messed up too many times to count especially during the night shift. If you want adequate quality food and good customer service get your food before 6 pm.

the food here is usually up to code afa Taco Bell standards go: now, as for the service? tbh it's hit or miss... Some days it will be somebody very nice, courteous and respectful; then other days, WHAM! u get someone rude af, who doesn't say thank you to customers or the girl that stands at the register text messaging her baby daddy, completely oblivious to u. In all fairness, it's the same thing EVERYWHERE in this town. Hell, all of FANNIN CO too for that matter.
