Made an order ahead of time to pick up after work. Was told when I got there the order was being prepared. After about 20 minutes I went back to the counter and stated I was still waiting. Turns out the order was sitting on the Food delivery shelves the entire time and was ice cold. Never bothered to offer to remake or refund any money just moved on to the next customer. Also when I got home not everything that was ordered was in the bags. Not only did the deliver awful service but they couldn't even get the order right. $120 worth of food for the week (or NOT)

I don't know what is going on with this location here the past few months. I used to love eating at the Taco Bell in Bonham but it has literally fallen off with the quality of the food, especially with the night shift, horrible here lately. I probably will never eat there again, at least at night. The last couple times I have gone up there at night, the staff don't pay attention to what is on the order and in return make it wrong, I get home with the meal and instant disappointment in the quality. It pains me to say this, but from here on out I won't eat there anymore. Disappointed, used to be the Best in nation now this Taco Bell has Fallen to low quality mark as the Rest in the nation!!

if you want a job DONT go hereI was hired almost 2 months ago,, have waited for a call from the gm ,, never got one....even went in there and handed my number to two different managers for the gm and still haven't received a call.. I even went as far as calling multiple time within the hour they open ,, and no one answers the phone. Giving that I was literally hired with experience really shows how much they don't need people
Love it when i happen to visit when the manager pow wow arrives. I don't understand how the employees are supposed to help me with questions or the order kiosk when they spend the time talking to them while i'm waiting at the counter. Just frustrating...
