I don’t make it to this part of Texas often, but after eating here… I’ll be finding excuses to come back. The meats and sides were among the best I’ve ever had—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. The owners are wonderful people who treat you like old friends, and the atmosphere is pure, old-school BBQ joint charm. It’s obvious they care deeply about their food and their customers. This place is worth the trip, every time.
Brisket and sausage were spectacular, I understand that some may love the sauce but I'm not a fan, but the meat was so good the sauce didn't matter, I loved the beans but prefer traditional potato salad(mashed) not the square chunks.
