Great location! Nice and clean, and the service is fast and friendly. We don't live in Texas/Oklahoma anymore so any time we visit we try to make time for a chicken express. I really appreciated how nice the employees were at this location and how clean the restaurant and bathrooms were. We will happily stop in again if we drive through town in the future.

Very clean! Super nice staff. Chicken is always fresh. I can tell when the grease they cook it in is fresh. The Decatur location is horrible! We drive all the way to Bowie to eat at this place

Manager laughed at me turning her back like something was funny worst chicken express ever I'm a disabled veteran and the manager treated me like a pos I walk2d in first time in my life here and I will never come back people don't go here and support thos place go to golden chick they heard how I was treated and treated like family and apologized that chicken express treated me that way golden chick is better place to eat chicken they support veterans and super friendly thanks golden chick Chicken express owner I want an apology from the manager old lady Grey shirt white pale as Casper the friends ghost
